Perspire Sauna

Talk about an INCREDIBLE experience at Perspire Sauna Studio! I go to the sauna a few times a week at my local gym, but I was blown away by how relaxing and rejuvenating a sauna really could be! The entire space is extremely clean, which makes the experience even better. There are a few towels that are provided in your personal room, so you don't need to bring one with you or stress if you left your towels at home. There is also a TV in your room that you can play relaxing music or your favorite show.

While you are in the sauna, you can change the colors of the light which is supposed to change the way the light works within your body. They refer to this as chromotherapy: color and light therapy used to treat certain mental and physical health conditions. I guarantee you will feel AMAZING when you are done sweating! Mojo Cycling

We had a BLAST at the Yelp Elite experience at Mojo Cycling. This was my first time cycling and I will be back!

We went for the Throwback Thursday 45-minute class. The music was bumping, and our legs were churning! I would highly recommend a cycling class if you were looking to add some fun to your workout routine.

The staff was friendly and energetic. The cycling space and locker room/bathroom areas were squeaky clean. 10/10 recommend Mojo Cycling.
